Mrs. Stephanie Krielow is the Founder and CEO of Red Oaks Collective, where she leads with passion, vision, and a deep commitment to her community. Whether she’s teaching middle school, working in the office, meeting with others to grow the nonprofit, teaching community members about autism, or running social groups, she is fully invested in every aspect of the mission. She serves as the main point of contact for families and takes her role as owner to heart. With a genuine love for people—especially the disability community—she is driven to create a lasting legacy for children and future generations.

Mr. Mitch serves as CFO as well as the high school and music teacher at ROC, where he shares his love of learning and music with his students. He brings over 20 years of project coordination experience in the oilfield and 16 years of experience as a special needs father. Outside the classroom, he enjoys books, quiet time, fishing, and nature. A devoted family man, he’s also stood on a glacier in Alaska—and never turns down good Mexican food.

Mrs. Crystal Tobat is a dedicated educator and mom of two with seven years of homeschooling experience. She teaches upper elementary, directs staff, and supports daily operations. She has a strong passion for history and research, bringing curiosity and knowledge into her classroom.

Mr. Alex Breaux is a valued lower elementary assistant, PE teacher, and teen social group mentor. As someone on the autism spectrum, he offers a unique and meaningful perspective, creating a supportive and inclusive environment. His passion for sports and fitness helps students stay active, build confidence, and enjoy movement.

Ms. Anette is a devoted preschool teacher with decades of experience. After a 28-year teaching career, she continues to pour love into her students daily. She is a wife and mother of two and plays a caregiving role for her youngest sister who is blind and autistic. Her compassion makes her an incredible support to families.

Ms. Erika is a dedicated teacher and enrichment art instructor who also facilitates junior game nights. A graduate of SLCC with a degree in Business, she brings energy, creativity, and a passion for community into her work. She is always seeking growth and values being part of the ROC mission.

Mrs. Missy Wallis is a beloved teacher and mentor with 39 years of experience. She brings wisdom, dedication, and a deep love for children into every classroom. She is a wife of 41 years, a grandmother, and a dog lover. She also has a special connection to adoption, having been adopted and later adopting her son.

Ms. Madison Charlie is a versatile team member with experience working with both neurodivergent and neurotypical children. She brings patience, energy, and genuine care to her role. She enjoys thrifting, horseback riding, and softball, and hopes to pursue a degree in elementary education.

River Toby serves as a before care facilitator, digital media teacher, and classroom assistant. With a degree in Digital Media from SLCC, he brings creativity and strong connection-building skills. As someone who is autistic, he offers a valuable perspective that supports an inclusive environment.

Ms. Bridgette Faul provides organization and support as the administrative assistant. With eight years of experience at a college, she plays a key role in smooth operations. She is a mom of two who enjoys cooking and genealogy, having built a family tree of over 4,100 people.

Mrs. Sonya Breaux serves as the after school care facilitator and art teacher, offering guidance and encouragement to students and staff. A devoted Christian, wife, and mother, she holds a Digital Media degree and is pursuing a bachelor’s in painting. She is passionate about art and mentorship.

Ms. Madison Sims is the first client turned employee at ROC. She is developing job skills in teaching, organizing, cleaning, website building, and office work. As someone who is autistic and previously struggled in school, she brings an inspiring perspective and is excited to continue growing.

Ms. Kathy Wallis joins ROC in the summer as a lower elementary co-teacher. She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in elementary education and is passionate about making an impact. As a mom of a child attending ROC, she has a deep personal connection to the community.
